Comprising three categories - Superior, Deluxe and Premium - Rooms are expansive, and finished with refined materials and rich textures that form a bold contrast with the rigourous architecture of the building's facade. Interiors evoke the character and charm of Italy, with Mediterranean marble and four colour palettes inspired by the property's Roman heritage, as well as contemporary Italian-designed furniture.
Forty-seven spacious Suites are home to thoughtful design elements, handpicked to evoke individual facets of Bvlgari, from its Roman heritage to its Mediterranean origins. Each Suite follows one of four colour palettes, channeling the brilliance of a Bvlgari jewel in design touches such as coloured marble in the bathrooms, Arco di Flos lamps, mosaic roundels and brilliant tesserae. The Premium Suites look out onto the grandeur of the Piazza Augusto Imperatore.
The Bvlgari Suite is an oasis of refinement overlooking the Mausoleum of Augustus. Measuring 300 square metres, it is decorated with iconic Italian materials, as well as fine contemporary accents from Italian designers.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, bathroom with vanity, steam shower and a bathtub made from a single block of Corchia marble. The Bvlgari Suite also has a kitchen, bar, and dining room with marble table set with 1930s Ginori porcelain. In short, every detail is considered and sublime. The Bvlgari Suite can be connected to adjoining Suites to create a larger accommodation.
Set on the fifth floor of the hotel, the restaurant is elegant and inviting, offering seating for up to 54 and overlooking the tomb of Emperor Augustus from its sprawling outdoor terrace.
Chef Niko’s signature menu reinvents contemporary Italian cuisine in a concept developed exclusively for Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts. Featuring iconic traditional recipes reimagined to emphasise their essential nature, purity and lightness, the menu is executed to perfection by Chef Emilio Di Cristo.
The triumvirate of intimate gathering spaces - the Bvlgari Bar, the Bvlgari Lounge, and Il Caffè - each is beautifully adorned with design details that conjure inimitable Bvlgari style. The Bvlgari Bar is made for socializing over classic cocktails, and is home to a luxe black marble bar, as well as two terraces that look out onto Via di Ripetta and Piazza Augusto Imperatore, making for a stylish aperitivo hour.
The Bvlgari Lounge is perfect for aperitif or Afternoon Tea, with its view onto Piazza Augusto Imperatore. Il Caffè completes the trio, offering a relaxed atmosphere and lush green outdoor area in which to order from the menu created by Chef Niko Romito.
The Roman baths tradition continues at The Bvlgari Spa. From its marble columns and coloured glass, the 1500-square-metre temple of well-being is an oasis of calm, inspired by the classical beauty of ancient Rome.
The Bvlgari Spa is home to eight treatment rooms including the green onyx Spa Suite, which offer exclusive treatments from Augustinus Bader. The 20-metre indoor pool is decorated with shimmering mosaics that recall the famed Baths of Caracalla, while a small salon space lets Hotel guests receive a range of styling services, courtesy of Roberto D’Antonio.
